This case involves pornography websites that have the term “porn tube” in their domain name. Plaintiff is a Seychelles company. Defendant is a Cyprus company. So of course the lawsuit lands in Oregon. Expect jurisdictional challenges before this case ever gets to the merits of the alleged “reverse domain name hijacking.”
