This copyright lawsuit involves two Oregon companies. Defendant is alleged to have distributed unauthorized copies of one or more Plaintiff’s “Reports” by retransmitting one or more of the Reports subscribed to at a licensed Tigard location to third parties and/or unlicensed locations.
