If anyone can help Andrew, he doesn’t have the funds to fight this and they are on a witch hunt after him. They verbally harassed him and are pretty despicable all around. I just got an email from PFP saying they’re not suing Mr. Young for any money, simply a cease and desist. Yet reading the actual case here it’s clearly a complaint for damages with “amount to be proven at trial” – As for Silverstein who says he’s handling it “pro bono”, the complaint clearly includes “Plaintiff’s attorney fees and costs” – that’s not pro bono. That’s deferred payment.
